Dalma Tech² utilizes ISO and MIL-STD approved Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs to provide the highest standards in products and workmanship.

The purpose of the Dalma Tech² Generic Quality Program Plan (QPP) is to establish a basis for staff and line level policy and procedures essential to the quality assurance/quality control system for all government and commercial contracts. Unique quality program requirements specific to both government and commercial programs will be provided as an addendum to this plan and in accordance with the particular contract.

The objectives of this plan are as follows:

To ensure that there is a proactive quality management system in place throughout program implementation that is grounded in top management policy and executed at all essential levels and phases of task activities.

To establish and maintain an objective focal point of accountability and authority for all quality assurance functions.

To ensure that all quality functions inherent in the Statement of Work are fully satisfied in the most cost effective manner.

To provide for a formal feedback process which proactively collects data regarding project/task performance, analyzes requirements for corrective action and institutes policy level control measures for preventive/remedial follow-up activities
