Dalma Tech² can provide assistance to our clients with all aspects of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering. Dalma Tech² can provide staking for all phases of fiber optic and copper facilities. First, we can prepare plans and specifications for any OSP construction project as needed by a client. We can also assist with preparation of any permits or easements needed for the project.

Once plans and specifications have been prepared, we would send Request For Proposals (RFPs) to contractors so they can submit proposals on the construction project. We can conduct a pre-bid conference and bid opening once the proposals have been submitted. Once the bids have been opened, an analysis of each bid would be made, then a contract recommendation would be made to our client of which bid to accept.

Once a contractor has been selected, we can hold a pre-construction conference with the client and contractor to layout the details of the project. Throughout the construction process, Dalma Tech² can provide construction inspection to ensure the project is built as required by the contract and that all environmental laws are followed.
