Throughout the construction process, as well as once the project is complete, Dalma Tech² can provide acceptance testing and trouble shooting. Dalma Tech² can also provide testing of both fiber optic and copper cable to our clients as needed.

Dalma Tech² Engineering Services offers a full range of Central Office Exchange (COE) engineering services. With a needs analysis, Dalma Tech² can work with clients to create plans and specifications for new Central Office digital switching equipment. Once we have created plans and specifications, we can prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) should bidding be required, or we can assist in negotiations with the vendor of our client's choosing.

Once all the proposals have been submitted, we evaluate each bid and make a recommendation of which proposal to accept to the client. Once the vendor has installed the new digital switch, which we can monitor at our client's request, Dalma Tech² personnel can provide acceptance testing to ensure that the equipment operates as required. Throughout this process, Dalma Tech² can assist in contract administration as required by the client.

Dalma Tech² Engineering can also provide the same types of assistance for all other types of Central Office Equipment, including Fiber Optic Transmission Equipment, Digital Loop Carriers (DLCs), Digital Access Cross-connect Systems (DACS), and any other Central Office Equipment, such as BITS clocks or recorded announcement machines.
