Ghazi S. Al-Nowairan started his career in the Royal Saudi Air Force and in his early years worked as the Chief Sector and Senior Air Weapons Director for sector operations. Up and until his retirement, Mr. Al-Nowarian was the Peace Shield Project C2 Manager. After retiring as an officer from the Royal Saudi Air Force, Mr. Al-Nowarian followed his business acumen, forming Dalma Group Establishments in 1993, and incorporated the company in 1996. In early 2004, Mr. Al-Nowarian teamed with some close business associates and helped establish the high – tech division of Dalma Group - Dalma Tech². Mr. Al-Nowarian has a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Aero Sciences from King Faisal Air Academy, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In 1990, Mr. Al-Nowarian received a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies from Command & Staff College, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Ahmad A.M. Al-Debeyan worked twenty-eight years with multiple Government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Those agencies include the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Higher Education, and Ministry of Industry. While working with these organizations Ahmad had direct interface with ARAMCO, numerous foreign Embassies, and the US Representative/JECOR. Mr. Al-Debeyan held a position as a liaison officer between the Saudi Ministry of Labor, United States Department of Labor, United States Treasury Department, United Kingdom Department of Labor, and the United Kingdom Department of Education. In addition to his many positions, Mr. Al-Debeyan resided on the Committee handling scholarships for higher education within the Saudi Arabian General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training. In 2000, Mr. Al-Debeyan retired from the Ministry of Education and went to work for ACS Defense Company as the Director of Government Relations. During the spring of 2004, Mr. Al-Debeyan was instrumental in the formation of Dalma Tech² and is one of the cofounders. Mr. Al-Debeyan attended Leeds University, Leeds Yorkshire England, where in 1980 he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Comprehensive Education.
Kevin W. Cushing has worked in the Middle East since 1981. During that time Mr. Cushing, worked for McDonald Douglas on the F-15 Aircraft Sale (Royal Saudi Air Force Peace Sun Program), General Electric FPS-117 radar sale, and site installation (Royal Saudi Air Force Peace Shield Program), and ACS Defense on the Long-Haul Communication Network, Satellite Earth Station, and Rapid Action Deployment Units contract (Royal Saudi Air Force Peace Shield Program). During his tenure with ACS Defense, Mr. Cushing worked as the Vice President Business Operations and General Manager – Middle East. In the spring of 2004, Mr. Cushing was a cofounder of Dalma Tech², which provides military and commercial clients with systems engineering and development services throughout a system life cycle. Mr. Cushing attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York where in 1977 he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In 1994, Mr. Cushing received an MBA from Western New England College, Springfield, Massachusetts.
Michael A. O’Reilly is responsible for the Defense & Security Systems strategic operations, where he leads Dalma Tech² technical mission. Mr. O’Reilly’s technical experience is broad ranged and is disciplined in system engineering projects including requirements analysis and definition; system concept, design and specification; system development, production, integration and test; and system operations and maintenance including subordinate level electronic equipment design, manufacturing, and functional and environmental test for navigation, communications, physical security, surveillance and power distribution systems for airborne, surface vessel and ground facility applications In this role, Mr. O’Reilly is focused on the deployment of next generation security products required to predict, sense, adapt, classify, communicate, and control the highly complex, integrated and changing military environment. Mr. O’Reilly started his career in the US Navy in the field of RADAR, Secure Communications and Electronic Navigation. Mr. O’Reilly has over 30 years of system experience in the areas of design, development, installation management, Satellite Communication, Fiber Optics and LAN Networks. During Mr. O’Reilly’s career, he has worked for Harris Corporation, Hazeltine Corporation, Computer Science Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and ACS Defense. While working for ACS Defense, Mr. O’Reilly’s last assignment saw him as the SATCOM Manager working under the Royal Saudi Air Force C4I Peace Shield Program. |
